Withdrawal Terms and Conditions

By submitting your Preferred Method of Payment, you:

  • Warrant that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction and that you are of lawful age to participate in such activities in your jurisdiction.
  • Warrant that you have read and understood the casino terms and conditions and acknowledge that, to the extent that these terms and conditions conflict with any of the aforementioned casino terms and conditions, these conditions shall prevail.
  • Understand that your withdrawal will be pending for a minimum of 24 (twenty-four) hours before it is eligible for processing and that payments are processed from Monday to Friday during business hours.
  • Warrant that you have not used any fraudulent means to obtain the payment being processed. In other words, all information provided during the registration process with the casino is true and correct.
  • Warrant that you have not interfered technically in any manner whatsoever with the casino software, manipulated the same or used it in any manner outside of the immediately apparent functionality thereof.
  • Acknowledge that should you be in breach of any of the foregoing warranties, the casino shall not be obliged to make payment of the withdrawal hereby requested.
  • Acknowledge that the casino reserves the right to pay all or a portion of your withdrawal amount to one of your purchasing methods before paying the balance to your chosen Withdrawal method.
  • Acknowledge that we have the right to request that you furnish us with proof of your identity and age as a prerequisite of your participation at the Casino at any time throughout your participation at the Casino. Further to the above, no substantial and/or exceptional withdrawals individually and cumulatively shall be made unless copies of at least 2 (two) of the following are received:
    • most recent bank statement for the bank account from which your wagers have been paid;
    • front and rear copies of the credit cards from where deposits have been made;
    • driver's license;
    • social security card or a similar document containing a photographic identification of you;
    • current and valid passport; or
    • utility bill (e.g. gas, water, telephone etc.) bearing your name and your address registered with us.
  • Acknowledge that it is recorded that some jurisdictions have strict laws on money laundering that may impose an obligation upon us to report you to the federal or local authorities within such jurisdictions if we know, suspect or have reason to suspect that any of your transactions, amongst other things, involve funds derived from illegal activities or are intended to conceal funds derived from illegal activities or involve the use of the Casino to facilitate criminal activity.

If you have requested payment of your withdrawal to your Preferred Method of Payment, you acknowledge that:

  • The time taken to process a request;
    • Is outside of the Casino’s control,
    • Is dependent on the third party,
    • And the payment may take a few days to reflect in your account.
    • The incorrect submission of your account details for the Payment method may result in a delay in payment of the requested withdrawal amount.
  • The Casino cannot be held liable for erroneous transfers made due to incorrect details submitted.
  • The use of a Withdrawal method may require that you have made a successful purchase with the same method before a Withdrawal request can be completed.

If you have requested payment of your withdrawal to your InstaDebit account, you acknowledge that:

  • The incorrect submission of your InstaDebit account details may result in a delay in payment of the requested amount of up to 3 (three) weeks.
  • The Casino cannot be held liable for erroneous transfers made due to incorrect details submitted.
  • The use of this Withdrawal method may require that you have made a successful purchase with the same method before a Withdrawal request can be completed.
  • Further to the above, a pending period might be imposed before any payment is made to InstaDebit in order for purchases made via InstaDebit to clear

eCheck (Electronic Cheque)

If you have requested payment of your withdrawal to your eCheck (Electronic Cheque), account you acknowledge that:

  • The time taken to process a request is outside of the Casino’s control, dependant on the third party, and the deposit may take a few days to reflect in your account.
  • The incorrect submission of your eCheck (Electronic Cheque) account details may result in a delay in payment of the requested amount of up to 3 (three) weeks.
  • The Casino cannot be held liable for erroneous transfers made due to incorrect details submitted.
  • The use of this Withdrawal method may require that you have made a successful purchase with the same method before a Withdrawal request can be completed.

Swift/Wire

If you have requested payment of your withdrawal to your Bank Account, you acknowledge that:

  • The time taken to process a request is outside of the Casino’s control, dependant on the third party, and the deposit may take a few days to reflect in your account. The Casino endeavours to transfer the requested amount to your Bank Account within 14 (fourteen) working days.
  • The submission of incorrect Bank Account details may result in a delay in payment of the requested amount of up to 4 (four) weeks.
  • The Casino cannot be held liable for erroneous transfers made due to incorrect details submitted.
  • A levy may be charged for the processing of your Swift/Wire payment.

Cheque/Check

If you have requested payment of your withdrawal by Cheque/Check, you acknowledge that:

  • The Casino will not make payment by Cheque/Check of amounts less than the monetary equivalent of 100 (one hundred) casino credits.
  • Delivery of the Cheque/Check, by courier, after initial processing may take up to 7 (seven) working days. The time taken to deliver your Cheque/Check is out of the Casino’s control and entirely dependent on the third party courier service.
  • A levy may be charged for the processing of your Cheque/Check payment
  • All payments via Cheque/Check will be send via courier
  • No Cheques can or will be issued to a P.O Box delivery address as courier Cheques/checks must be delivered to a residential address and signed for by the recipient.
  • The Casino will not be responsible for Cheques/Checks lost or misplaced
  • Should a request be made by you to cancel the Cheque/Check, such cancellation will carry a fee.
